The tremendous fortunes of Mexican millionaires successfully navigated the recent years of adversity. This included overcoming a stagnant national stock market, that many consider undervalued, as well as a government viewed with suspicion by the private sector.

Above all, these mega-wealthy individuals have thrived despite a Covid-19 pandemic that represented the most complicated economic environment the world has faced in decades, and which is still causing lasting reverberations.

Mexico, just as the rest of the world, emerged from the despairs of 2020 with its worst economic recession since the post-World War era, and at moments looked doubtful to recover.
